Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To start a return, please email info@scent2scent.com with your order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume bottles, samples, and cosmetics must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
